[ OUR MISSION ]I believe belonging is not a privilege for the lucky few. It is something every person deserves, and something any group can build on purpose.
So much of modern life pulls us apart: distance, screens, speed, division, and now machines that can imitate connection without offering it. Our mission is to put the structure back. To help organizations and communities become places where people are known, needed, and held, not by accident, but by design.
A world where everyone has somewhere they truly belong. That is what I am building toward.
[ ABOUT JAKE ]
Meet Our Founder
Jake Ross helps organizations, startups, and individuals build cultures of belonging. He holds a Master's in Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania and co-authored the second edition of Everyday Bias (Bloomsbury, 2026), writing the chapters on bias in AI and social media. He previously served as Chief Operating Officer of an AI startup.
Over more than eight years, Jake has built and led communities ranging from a few thousand to over 250,000 members, and curated events that scale from intimate gatherings to corporate teambuilding. He speaks at conferences and with clients on belonging, connection, and the influence of bias in AI and social technologies. One place his work is especially needed right now is the AI industry — fast-moving teams who still need to feel like a community. His "one domino" coaching methodology has driven growth across both professional and personal communities, always in service of a single question: how do we help people belong to each other again?
