What is BelongTogether?

BelongTogether helps organizations and communities build the conditions where people genuinely belong: to each other, to their work, and to something larger than themselves. Belonging isn't a perk. It's a structural requirement for how people and work thrive together — and in a world reshaped by distance, screens, division, and now artificial intelligence, building it on purpose matters more than ever.

Grounded in positive psychology and more than eight years of practice, the work spans consulting, coaching, writing, and community design — always in service of one question: how do we help people belong to each other again?

There's an old saying: if you have more than you need, build a longer table, not a higher fence. That's the work. Build a bigger table.

Bringing people together is what I do best. One place that work is especially needed right now is the AI industry — fast-moving teams building powerful technology who still need to feel like a community. That's where I can make the difference

A gathering is not the same as a crowd. Crowds happen by default. Belonging has to be designed.

This work helps you create gatherings where people actually connect: retreats, convenings, and events built on the science of how strangers become a community. Every choice, from who's in the room to how the first ten minutes unfold, is made on purpose. The aim is the rare experience of walking in alone and leaving feeling you belong.
